The "Harmony in the Air” performing arts program is aimed at creating a stress-free, happy atmosphere through live performances featuring a diverse repertoire of classical, contemporary classical, smooth jazz and international music.

The Houston Airport System developed the program to celebrate the warmth of our people, promote our rich culture, and enhance the airport experience for our passengers and visitors.

Pamela York
Solo Pianist | Pianist and composer Pamela York’s current recording, Lay Down This World: Hymn and Spirituals, has received outstanding reviews form jazz fans and critics alike. Axiom Quartet
Eclectic String Quartet Repertoire | Axiom Quartet is the String Quartet-in-Residence for the University of St. Thomas Music Preparatory School. Tony Henry
Pop | Tony Henry is one of Houston’s newest voices. With charismatic lyrics, the soul in his raspy voice has a magnetic power that grabs the attention of his listening audience. Tony has performed at Houston’s top music venues, including the Wortham Center and Miller Outdoor Theater. His talent and exceptional demeanor have awarded him appearances on BET’s 106 & Park and at the world-famous Apollo Theater in New York. Jazz | Paul English is an internationally recognized composer, pianist, producer and educator. Apollo Chamber Players
Chamber Music | Expanding the classical music canon, Apollo Chamber Players engage us with pieces inspired by specific ethnic/cultural/indigenous traditions. Mark Prause
